These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility

Polyworld provides platforms and tools enabling AI-driven and blockchain-based interaction, learning, and participation in decentralized communities.
We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including adding or removing features. Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Services.
3. Wallets and Digital Assets
Some Services require connecting a self-custodial digital wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining control of your wallet, including your private keys, passwords, and recovery phrases. Polyworld does not store or recover wallet credentials and cannot reverse blockchain transactions.
Transactions executed via third-party wallet providers are subject to those providers’ terms and conditions. Polyworld is not responsible for any losses arising from wallet misuse, compromise, or unauthorized access.
4. Experimental and Beta Features
Polyworld may offer early-access or experimental features (“Beta Services”). Such features are provided for testing and feedback purposes only and are offered “as is.” Beta Services may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Any digital assets or points associated with Beta Services have no monetary value and do not represent a promise or entitlement of any kind.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
6. Intellectual Property and User Content
All materials provided through the Services, including code, graphics, logos, interfaces, and text, are the property of Polyworld or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services or materials without prior written consent.
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit or create within the Services. By submitting content, you grant Polyworld a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with external platforms, such as wallet providers, blockchain networks, or analytics tools. Polyworld does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Polyworld disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polyworld and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or assets, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, the applicable limitations will be the minimum allowed under law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Polyworld, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland / Singapore / Australia excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration . You waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
11. Termination
Polyworld may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the integrity or security of the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution will survive termination.
12. Compliance and Sanctions
You may not use the Services if you are subject to sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions under applicable law. You are responsible for complying with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations in your jurisdiction, including those governing blockchain, data, and digital assets.
